Why only 5 days?

Great question! This program is meant to be doable and reset your diet, habits & mindset even when you're busy. It's a detox but not the way you traditionally think of it - no juice only days, no extreme calorie restriction or pills to take. While it is strict with what you can vs cannot put into your body, this challenge will help you FEEL better & look better. My hope is that you will decide to stay on the eating plan for another 5 days or maybe a lifetime! I know, I know I have big plans for you ;).

These REAL FOOD only recipes will appeal to everyone but you can easily substitute for foods you do like as long as it falls within the guidelines of the program. Also, reach out to me anytime for suggestions!

I would put the question back on you and ask how many of those free challenges have you really stuck to? I've found that if a program is free ppl are less likely to take it seriously and stick to it. To be honest... I'm one of those ppl! If I pay for something you bet your tush I'll be invested in it mentally as well as financially.  Money is just an exchange of energy after all. I'm putting tons of energy and love into this program and I know you will feel that over the 5 days and beyond!
